The China IP Road Show is a program of the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office that has been delivered across the country: Princeton will be the only site in New Jersey for this program.The event will include key participation from the USPTO’s China Team, whose members work nationwide and abroad to help U.S. businesses and inventors understand how to obtain and enforce IP rights in China and to protect against IP theft from China.
Topics will include... Where is China going on IP? The view from the judicial bench. IP enforcement in China and in the U.S. The experience of New Jersey businesses with China. And government resources to help U.S. businesses.

Continuing Legal Education
